Unfortunately there is a lot of nonsense written in that post.
a) None of the QEG prototypes all over the world did produce overunity so far. Comparing reactive power output with real power input (what they did) does make no sense at all.
b) Without overunity in real power it is impossible to produce a self running device. They are now trying to do the second step before the first one
c) A global teal of developers cannot be called to be among “the brightest” if nobody of them is able to carry out a simple real power measurement.
